Abstract:Discussion of the teaching of law to three classes of non-lawyers: general administrative cadres (people who are charged with a general range of administrative responsibilities as administrative officers with government, party officials), specific administrative cadres (as police prosecutors, agricultural officers) and non-professional judicial officers. The primary purpose of teaching law to non-lawyers is to train them for particular jobs. The teaching to each class is discussed separately.
