Abstract:The purpose of this study is to determine the frequency with which two previously documented risk factors for the development of Burkitt's lyamphoma (BL) appear in a group of Liberian children with asymptotic splenomegaly. These risk factors are the presence of elevated anti-virus capsid antigen (anti-VCA) antibody titers, and evidence of chronic malarial exposure. - Fig., ref., sum., tab.
