Abstract: | The 'Sources for the study of religion in Malawi' are filling a gap by stressing the impact of religious change and development and by emphasising the effect of cooperation with neighbouring disciplines. They are meant to produce a) annotated bibliographies; b) unpublished manuscripts of historical interest; c) research findings. This directory intends to cover in Malawi: traditional religion; Islam; independent churches; church history. A selection of annotated bibliographies illustrates the style of the directory. A list is given of the available issues of the 'Sources'. |
