Abstract:Consideration and analysis of the new Constitution (Basic Provisions) Decree no. 32 of 1975 which sets out the constitutional framework relative to the government of the Federation. It abrogates the Constitution (Suspension and Modification) Decree no. 1 of 1966, basic framework of the old Administration; it repeales section 2 of the Constitution (Miscellaneous Provision) (no. 2) Decree of 1967 which deals with the vesting of divers functions under existing law; it repeales the Constitution (Miscellaneous Provisions) Decree no. 20 of 1967 and the East Central State (Administration) Decree no. 46 of 1969 both dealing with structure and personnel of government.
