Abstract: | In African agriculture the emphasis is on basic construction so that a system can be developed which will enable the African farmer to make a fuller contribution to the national eonomy and to shift the emphasis from a substistence to a Market economy which will return to him a large share of the national income to satisfy his rapidly growing needs and desires.
