Abstract:The disintegration of the colonial system has led to important changes in the forms and methods of the export of capital to the African countries. At the present stage, the export of capital to the developing countries forms the economic basis of neo-colonialism. This continued exploitation is possible due the objective causes. Analysis of the concrete forms of the export of capital, of the correlation of these forms of their role as instruments for imperialism's foreign economic expansion, on the one hand, and of their impact on the process of reproduction in the developing countries, on the other, is valuable in deciding whether and when conditions are ripe for liquidating the economic positions of imperialism in these countries. The scope of the struggle against foreign capital, as well as the ways and means of using it in individual countries, depend on concrete condition. Notes.
