Abstract:The papers of this collective volume were presented at a workshop on Law Reform in the Sudan, held in Khartoum on 19-21 September 2006. The workshop was organized jointly by the Ahfad University for Women, the United Nations Mission in Sudan and the United States Institute of Peace, and was designed to make recommendations on how to bring the national legislation into compliance with Sudan's Interim National Constitution 2005 (INC) and the Comprehensive Peace Agreement 2005 (CPA).
