| Abstract: | A young Jewish man returns to South Africa where he meets and falls in love with a young black woman. They decide to get married, much to the disapproval of their respective families. A dinner aimed at reconciliation goes wildly wrong, and soon it's all up to the Best Man to manage things long enough for the lovebirds to say 'I do', before the racial and religious conflicts escalate out of control.
