Abstract:This scholarly bibliography is the last of five bibliographies covering the social sciences and history of Ethiopia and Eritrea published by the author (the earlier volumes appeared in 1991, 1995, 2003 and 2010). This bibliography gives a representative choice of the most important and insightful scholarly contributions (and also some of the more 'popular' material written for wider audiences) of the past five years, which have seen a notable acceleration of work and many new insights into the dynamics of the North-East African region.
