| Abstract: | The administration is an apparatus, that is to say an autonomous, permanent and coherent organization. It brings together all the organs of the state that exercise the admnistrative basis, that is, the executive power. This admnistrative organization is itsef composed of multiple elements established by law called 'administrative institutions'. In society, the role of the administration is to achieve the objectives defined by the political power in order to meet the needs of the admnistration's mission. This text will aim to identify the deficits in the structure and organization of public administration in the province of Haut-Katanga and finally to propose prospects for improvement. |
