| Abstract: | This article focuses on the organization of the electoral campaign in the DRC. Based on the experiences of the 2006, 2011 and 2018 elections, it is important to reconsider the achievements already recorded by using the lessons learned from past electoral cycles. This contribution is based on the current legislation that governs the elections and the main principles enshrined in the legal instruments that organize the elections. This allows us to question the legal framework of the campaign and to determine the rules that apply in case of litigation since this period knows violations of the laws but litigation is generally rare with regard to the election campaign. |
